Techno Videos (2003-Present)

A YouTube Classic. Stop-motion photography is used here to show an animator at work.
Noze’s always been one of the more out-there characters—it’s no surprise that you’ll find him making tracks on the wacked-out Circus Company label. This track, however, is on the usually more sedate Trapez—a sub-label of Traum. Who said you couldn’t put a human face on techno? (Who said you’d want this one?)
Minimal techno’s favorite naturalist goes to the woods and hangs out with the friends who helped create some of the sounds for this track. I’m still not sure I get this guy’s whole nature thing, but it’s damn fun to try to figure it out.
Is that DJ Koze in an Indian headdress? Are those goth girls doing hip-hop style dance moves? Yes. And it only gets better from there.
Somehow this makes sense as one of the few videos that you’ll find made by a Perlon artist.
This, on the other hand, doesn’t.
In which a pair of lips superimposed on Alexander Hamilton’s cheeks begin to tell us how we can begin to be his lover and Abraham Lincoln watches six Ben Franklins dance outside the US Treasury. You may never look at US currency the same way again.
T. Raumschmiere as Jack Bauer. There’s going to be a lot of collateral damage, but he will eventually save the day. Of course, Raumschmiere runs over people in his monster truck in the noble quest to help his friend’s concert become fun. Bauer is busy saving the world. Same difference.
Two guys playing ping-pong with a meatball, using their jiggling fat stomachs as paddles. Not for the squeamish.
