| Nice reading Mike. I think you did a good job with a brilliant record. I've been hearing so many anti Sep Sunday people arguing that they're just a bar band doing what 1,000 bar bands across the country are doing, just with Finn turning things around and out. I think The Hold Steady are better than those 1,000 bar bands because of Finn and because of their conscience embrace of they they are and aren't. Well struck. | |

| Craig Finn is God. Lftr Pllr was amazing, and the Hold Steady are just more of the same. You can dance, screw, think or any other number of activities to it. Way to spotlight a worthy subject. Now, if the album review proper could glow a little more... | |
