For my part Panda Bear`s abrocation on the whole dance pantheon just glosses the trope into self-serving verisimilitude. He may placate a quizzical look from the obsequiously sterilized techno-squad with his lowbrow claim that Villalobos is `kickass` but what about the lapdancers in Berlin who have to writhe to this stuff? Wouldn`t they go all goggy eyed boogeying down to Grass? Don`t Panda`s rejected aberrations simply quash the group`s elected fiction as pecuniary, and consecrate a barrier of cash withdrawal against the fandom which separates these laissez faire opportunities he could otherwise avail himself of? In interviw he gives the impression of one who saw the Indians before they`d even set up camp. |
