| | A fascinating appraisal of the Deathspell Omega album. The tone of your writing is sympathetic to the atmosphere of the band, yet not in complete reverence to it as well, very balanced. I'd been waiting a long time for that and in many respects it's well worth the wait but I find it suffers the same flaws as all Deathspell works - too much ornamentation. |
