| | I just bought this yesterday based on your excellent & poetic prose and as I always do, came back to the review to re-read it while listening to the album, which is nothing short of breathtaking, almost literally. It`s getting hella humid here in Japan and Venice is the perfect antidote. But more importantly Nick`s review does what more reviews really ought to do - not to provide a status of good/bad but to provide perspectives to enhance the listening experience. Of course it helps when the album is as good as this, but anyway nicely written Nick. |
