I'm more impressed by Muhammed SuiƧmez' simultaneous guitar and vocals in his band Necrophagist. Those guitar parts make "Master of Puppets" sound like "This Land Is Your Land."

Yes, I really want to see Necrophagist live, although bad luck always seems to sabotage their tours. "Master of Puppets" isn't the most complicated thing in the world, but it more than stands on its own. I've seen live or on video enough singers who play complicated guitar (Hetfield, Mustaine, Schuldiner, Rutan) to appreciate that tremendously. Most people can't do one of those things, much less two at once!

Necrophagist is scheduled to play the next Maryland Death Fest (www.marylanddeathfest.com), planned for Memorial Day weekend 2006. I'm not sure where you're located, but I plan on road-tripping there again. I have a really impressive video of them playing "Extreme Unction" from the first album from their MDF appearance two years ago. I can email it to you if you have an account that can handle such an attachment, it's 28 megs. Let me know, digestion at gmail.com
