	This isn't a very good review. Running your vocals through a guitar's reverb channel does anything but turn them into a "vocoder-like flutter." Sure it may kill much of the definition and smooth them out, but a vocoder is just absolutely different from any vocal sound the Clientele have ever gotten. And fuzz guitar? There's like one fuzz guitar solo on all of Strange Geometry (the end of "Impossible"). The Clientele have honed a sound of clean, beautifully played dreamy guitar and a poetic lyricism unparalleled in just about any of their contemporaries today. I mean, have you even heard this band? What a half-assed review of one of the most beautiful records of the year. Have to say Pitchfork wins this round.

	Yeah this is a really cack review. Hmmm Violet Hour is by far their best too in my opinion. Gotta love those vocoder vocals. I thought Todd picks these people carefully? No offence but if you're gonna review a band do it properly, lots of other people would like the chance i'm sure.
