William B. Swygart
Singles Jukebox Editor
illiam B. Swygart was born on the 29th July 1983 in the lovely
surroundings of the maternity unit of Dulwich Hospital in South
London. Apparently it doesn't exist anymore, but never mind. He
currently fluctuates between Croydon and Leeds, either being an office
temp, a student, or a no-good lazy assed so-and-so. He used to write
Stylus' weekly rundown of the UK Top 40 singles chart till Radio 1
decided the top 40 would be better served by being excruciatingly
unlistenable catwank, so now he contents himself with editing the UK
Singles Jukebox and writing articles that involve just that tiny bit
more swearing than is strictly necessary, along with doing 'Home
Taping's Killing Music' for The Stycast every fortnight. He enjoys the
element of surprise, but he possesses it an awful lot less often than
he thinks he does, and has been known to get somewhat enthusiastic
about The Delgados, The Futureheads and Girls Aloud. Sometimes, he
gets a bit worrying.All Time Top 10
